Beach ride

The 2 things i'm bad at drawing are animals, and people. So i try to avoid them.
But i've had this idea for a Phoenix / Iris drawing bashing arround in my head for some time now. So i decided to give it a try. In this one Nick and Iris decided to ride horses along the beach (as part of a date, or honeymoon whichever you preferr ).
Like my train drawings the 3 tools for this were a pen, black colored pencil, and carbon paper. Some of the shading was lost in the scan.
Considering i've never tried something like this before, i think it turned out ok.
