My Little Pony 'Ghoulia'

Based on the Monster High character Ghoulia Yelps. The light blue hair is a little brighter than it should be (the place i get it from has the correct shade, but it's been out of stock for months). The glasses are made from sheet plastic (tape is holding them on for this. Still need to make a stretch band for them).
