CGF Locust Resistance. It's got 2 modes: typing normally gives letters that have a weathered look. Using caps lock makes them solid like here.

I never followed through on that one - sorry to diassapoint. I did google "custom military patches," or something on those lines and it gave me a few websites that might make one for you.

i was looking at it too. to create just one is really pricy, its cheaper to buy in bulk
