This is it. The final Luna custom for me. I've made 3 so far (4 if you count Woona).
The base is a Cadance from the princess set that included Celestia and Luna. I purchased a second Cadance (the one that comes with Applejack) for this, but I discovered the nose on it (and the one in the TrU favorites set) is slightly different, and doesn't look right for Luna.
I had to remove as much glitter from the wings and horn as possible before painting. Her necklace is made from sheet plastic. The hair is Dollyhair Twilight and Forget Me Not.

I thought she looked like a Cadance mold!
Honestly, Cadance's molded wings look a lot more like Luna's show wings.
That's an excellent job on her, I wish Hasbro would make stuff like this, she's really on point!
